Key West, FL to Consider an Ordinance Affecting Sidewalk Dining Use
The Commission will Consider An Ordinance of the City of Key West, Florida, amending
Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances entitled
"Administration" by amending Section 2-939 "Licenses" to
authorize the City Manager to permit the revocable use of City
Right of Way for sidewalk dining under specified conditions;
Providing for severability; Providing for repeal of inconsistent
provisions; Providing for an effective date.
