The Commission will consider An Ordinance of the Miami City Commission Amending Chapter 54/Article I, Titled “Streets and Sidewalks/in General,” and Chapter 54/Article Ii, Titled “Streets and Sidewalks/Construction, Excavation, and Repair,” of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as Amended, to Require the Prompt Removal of Construction-Related Materials, Equipment, Devices and Signs From Right-of-Way When No Longer Authorized or Reasonably Necessary; Containing a Severability Clause and Providing for an Effective Date.
