The Commission will MOTION TO AWARD AND APPROVE Agreement for fixed contract to low responsive, responsible bidder, Arc Electric, Inc., for Fiber Optic Intersection Improvements Group 1, Broward County Projects F11, F12, F15, F16, Bid No. TRN2131951C1, for the Highway Construction and Engineering Division, in the amount of $3,110,399 (including a total allowance of $15,000).
