Jupiter Inlet Colony, FL to Consider Hearings on FY27 Millage Rates
The Commission will Hold: a. Public Hearing: Announcing the maximum millage rate for FY 2027 at 5.560 mills, which is $5.56 for each $1,000.00 of assessed property within the Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony, which is greater than the rolled-back rate of 5.3209 mills by 4.49%. b. Discussion: Percentage increase in millage over rolled-back rate necessary to fund budget and specific purposes for which ad valorem tax revenues are being increased. (Sponsored by the Town Manager)
