The Council will consider Ordinance #2026-26 “Amendment to Micromobility Devices” An Ordinance of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Doral, Florida, Amending Chapter 44, Article Vii, Entitled “Micro-mobility Devices”of the City’s Code of Ordinances, by Amending Section 44-401, “Definitions”; Amending Section 44-402, “Use on City Rights-of-way”; Amending Section 44-404, “Minimum Age Requirements”; And Amending Section 44-405, “Enforcement and Penalties,” to Revise Definitions, Restrict Sidewalk Operation in Designated Areas, Revise Identification Requirements, Establish a Registration Fee Schedule, And Establish a Progressive Civil Penalty Schedule For Violations; Providing for the Incorporation of Recitals; Providing for Conflicts; Providing for Severability; Providing for Incorporation Into the Code; and Providing for an Effective Date
