The Commission will consider An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka, Florida, Amending Chapter 21 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, Entitled "Water, Sewer, and Stormwater Utilities”; Adding Certain New Definitions; Amending Section 21- 202 to Add New Subparagraph (C) to Require Certain Construction Site Operators to Use and Maintain Appropriate Erosion, Sedimentation, and Waste Controls; Providing for Plan Review Prior to Construction; Providing for Size Thresholds; Providing for Construction-site Inspection of Permit Work; Providing for Notice of Failure to Comply With Approved Plans and Specifications; Providing for Postconstruction Stormwater Standards; Providing for Enforcement Review; Providing for Codification, Conflicts, Severability, and an Effective Date.
