The Commission will consider An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, Amending Chapter 46 of the Miami Beach City Code, Entitled “Environment,” by Amending Article V, Entitled “Turtle Nesting Protection Ordinance,” by Amending SEC. 46-203, Entitled “Prohibited Activities Disruptive to Marine Turtles,” by Amending Section 46 203(C), Relating to Special Events, to Establish Rules for Special Events Held Between April 1 – April 30 and May 1 – October 31, Including Lighting Prohibitions, Time Limitations, and Penalties; Providing for Repealer, Severability, Codification, and an Effective Date.
