The Commission will HOLD HEARING: (LDCT-2025-28 Flex Space) to amend Chapter 2, Section 221, Principal Uses and Buildings, to add standards for Flex Space Building and Retail Plazas; Chapter 10, Definitions. The suggested hearing dates are for the first reading on April 7, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. and the adoption hearing date on April 21, 2026, at 9:15 a.m.
