Lee County, FL to Consider Proposed Updates for Fire/EMS Impact Fees
The Commission Approves scheduling a Public Hearing on February 3, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. regarding proposed amendments affecting Land Development Code (LDC) Chapters 2, 6 and 34. Proposed amendments update Fire/EMS Impact Fees, eliminate minimum use thresholds for Mixed-Use Planned Developments, and revise Chapter 6 to assure consistency with state and federal regulations and complete general clean-up.
