The Commission will Motion to approve the first reading of Ordinance 2025-09, An ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Hardee County, Florida, relating to mining; amending Section 13.03.00 mining regulations of the Hardee County Unified Land Development Code to provide clarity for requirements pertaining to submittal requirements for applications and annual reviews and a requirement for the County to maintain a map of the status of phosphate mining; providing for repeal, conflicts, severability, codification and for an effective date.
