The Commission will Motion to approve the first reading of Ordinance 2025-08, An Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Hardee County, Florida, relating to mining; amending the Hardee County Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map series to amend the mining overlay map and future land use element policy L1.17 specific to the mining overlay district and amending the definitions section to provide clarity for requirements pertaining to the mining overlay district; providing for conflicts, severability, and for an effective date.
