Daytona Beach, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Maximum Towing Rates
The Commission will Introduce an Ordinance on first reading - authorizing to increase the fees of the Daytona Beach Municipal Ordinances Code Section 110-38 "Rates" to update maximum rates for trespass and nonconsensual tows and storage to align with Volusia County rates and vehicle classifications.
