The Commission will Consider Ordinance No. 2025-05 An Ordinance of the Village Commission of the Village of Biscayne Park, Florida, Amending Section 4.4 “community Residential Homes” of Chapter 4 “housing” of the Village of Biscayne Park Land Development Code by Establishing Procedures for the Review and Approval of Certified Recovery Residences and Creating a Process for Requesting a Reasonable Accommodation From Any Land Use Regulation That Serves to Prohibit the Establishment Of a Certified Recovery Residence in Accordance With Section 387.487(15)(a), Florida Statutes; Providing for Inclusion in the Code and Scrivener’s Errors; Providing For Conflicts; Providing for Severability; Providing for Repealer; and Providing for an Effective Date.
