The Commission will consider An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Key West, Florida amending Chapter 90 of the Land Development Regulations, entitled Administration, by amending Article IV entitled Administrative Official, amending Section 90-301 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Key West, Florida to clarify the enforcement authority of the Chief Building Official, pursuant to F.S. 468.604, amending the enforcement authority of the City Planner and adding enforcement authority for the City Code Official; Providing for severability; Providing for repeal of inconsistent provisions; Providing for an effective date.
