The Commission will consider An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Key West, Florida amending Section 70-121 - Penalty for Violation, Article IV - Parking, Stopping, and Standing, Chapter 70 - Traffic and Vehicles, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Key West, Florida increasing the current fine for violations of Sections 70-121(a)(1), (a)(2), (a)(3) and (a)(4) by ten dollars ($10.00) per citation; Providing for severability; Providing for repeal of inconsistent provisions; Providing for an effective date.
