The Council will consider Ordinance No. 4297: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, amending Chapter 2 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, entitled “Administration,” Article VI, entitled “Code Enforcement,” to add supplemental procedures and a schedule of violations and penalties for Civil Citations; providing for Severability and Conflicts; providing for Codification; and providing for an effective date.
