Charlotte County, FL to Consider Third Amendment to Tower Lease with Sunshine Towers Inc.
Recommended Action: a) Approve the Third Amendment to Ground Lease; and b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Third Amendment to Ground Lease. Budgeted Action: No action needed. Budgeted in the Radio Communications Fund - Radio budget as approved in the FY2025 budget process. Funding for this revenue will go to the Radio Communications Fund.
