The Commission will Request Permission to Advertise a Proposed Ordinance Amending the Road Impact Fee
Ordinance (multimodal fee)
Staff recommends the Board grant permission to advertise the proposed Ordinance for a
public hearing before the Local Planning Agency/Planning and Zoning Commission on July 17,
2025, for the first public hearing before the Board on August 19, 2025, and for the second
(adoption) hearing before the Board on September 2, 2025.
