Suwannee County, FL to Consider Ordinance Outlawing Dumping of Human Waste
The Commission will hold a public hearing to consider
the enactment of an Ordinance outlawing the dumping of human waste; authorizing civil
penalties for violations of certain county ordinances or codes; establishing civil penalties for
violations of certain county ordinances or codes; establishing procedures for contesting
citations; establishing an effective date; and repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith.
