Gainesville, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Traffic Infraction Detectors
The Commission will Consider Ordinance No. 2025-170
An ordinance of the City of Gainesville, Florida, amending Chapter 26,
Section 26-32 of the Code of Ordinances relating to use of traffic
infraction detectors; amending Chapter 2-377 authorizing the magistrate
to hear contested hearings of violations of Chapter 26, Article II, Division
2, “The Gainesville Traffic Safety Enhancement Act”; providing for
enforcement; providing directions to the codifier; providing a severability
clause; providing a repealing clause; and providing an effective date.
