Gainesville, FL to Consider Increase of Local Business Taxes
The City Commission direct the City Manager or designee to work with the City Attorney to draft an ordinance increasing the local business tax rates by five percent for the fiscal year starting October 1, 2025.

Prior to engaging in lobbying, each lobbyist will be required to file with the Clerk of the Commission a registration statement which contains general identification information as to the lobbyist and their client(s).
