Lee County, FL to Consider Site License Agreement with T-Mobile for Cell Tower in Fort Myers
The Commission Authorizes T-Mobile to continue operating communications equipment on the County’s cell tower in Fort Myers (address redacted per FL Statute §119.071(3)(e)). The initial term is for five years, with one automatic five-year renewal. The annual license fee is $56,612.86, with an annual escalation of 4%. Pursuant to an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Fort Myers,the County retains one-half of the license fees.
