Naples, FL to Hold Second Reading of a Nuisance Ordinance & Landscaping Permit Resolution
The Council will Consider an (1) Ordinance - Second Reading - Public Hearing relating to Noise; amending Subsections (c) and (d) of Chapter 22 – Environment, Article II – Nuisances, Section 37 - Noise (2) Resolution amending Appendix "A" – Fees and Charges Schedule Section 22-37(c)(14), of the Code of Ordinances for the purpose of establishing a Sunday lawn, landscape and tree maintenance permit Recommended Action: (1) Hold a Public Hearing, (2) Approve the Ordinance on First Reading and schedule a Public Hearing and Second Reading for February 20, 2019, and (3) Review the Resolution.
